In other words, you’re a people person at heart, a motivator—one who just happens to have a deep understanding of web-design standards and project-management methodology. You’re unflappable, able to work on a retargeting campaign for fertilizer one minute, a microsite for a global computing company the next—and then pitch in on print, social media, public relations, content development and video projects as needed. Thanks to your easy rapport with team members and can-do attitude, you contribute to the success of all projects by ensuring smooth creation and delivery of work efforts. You’re a bona fide subject matter expert on any project you touch, the go-to person for questions on scope, progress, scheduling, personnel, budget, and everything in between.
