We are looking for an enthusiastic Web Design/Marketing Strategist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. Primary duties will include website design, content creation, analytics, online advertising, mobile and email support for all marketing programs, initiatives and communications for Frank Mayer and Associates, Inc. The Web Design/Marketing Strategist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas.

  • Design, manage, monitor and update website content according to scheduled updates (via a web‐based content management system Concrete 5 and WordPress) and serve as liaison to CMS vendor
  • Ensure websites are easy to navigate and follows a user centric methodology
  • Create html based email and knowledge of email based software.
  • Capture and analyze web, email, digital ad and online magazine metrics using Google Analytics.
  • Create and manage user accounts/permissions for specific content as needed
  • Use digital asset management system and Photoshop to find images and prep for web‐ and email‐ready usage
  • Optimize web content utilizing SEO best practices.
  • Use knowledge of programming to enhance/replicate features and functions available via CMS vendor
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and utilize the tools available to resolve them
  • Work with marketing communications team to identify content for traffic‐building SEO/SEM initiatives
  • Proven experience in website management and regular maintenance via a content management system
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Design Creative Suite, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash
  • Proven experience with best practices for online marketing, user experience, SEO/SEM, online analytics
  • Strong organization, coordination and customer service skills
  • Proven balance of creative and analytical skills
  • Strong initiative and resourcefulness
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and perform work within multiple, competing deadlines and with minimal supervision
  • Detail oriented with experience in Google Analytics and Adwords
  • Familiarity with Concrete 5 and WordPress
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. Communication Arts, Web Design, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience
