Aquent Studios seeks a Web Content Coordinator to help Web Authors and commercial marketing stakeholders support ongoing development, implementation, and maintenance of our client’s websites, specifically in their role as marketing tools, and their ability to support specific business roles. A person who is tech savvy, client-focused, and a process-oriented communicator will do best in this role.

This position sits on-site at our client location in Milwaukee. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity!

  • Implement consistent, efficient, and accurate content within a web-based content management system (CMS) using approved company web standards
  • Verify that all content is approved through proper channels and systems prior to posting to production environment
  • Enhance sales enablement by ensuring the web portfolio is focused on a strategy to enable and empower sales through better design and usability
  • Advise on new page and site creation in accordance with campaign objectives and goals
  • Ensure campaign success as evidenced by key metrics including search engine optimization, increased web traffic, and increased customer conversion
  • Work with digital agencies and web communications channels to identify and leverage new technology
  • Monitor the website to ensure content is accurate, current, and free of errors
  • Optimize search engine results by helping to enforce metadata standards
  • Work with Web Authors to enforce standard web guidelines across all digital channels
  • Field user inquiries, comments, and suggestions to web content standards
  • Use a tracking system to manage work requests Provide timely status updates to business clients on project progress/completion
  • Document process and project specifications to ensure stakeholders are informed and understand process flow and expectations 
  • Keen eye for detail and solid proofreading skills, from general text to specialized digital content
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively, which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to changing deadlines
  • Knowledge of SEO, site optimization, and web analytics
  • Exposure and experience with HTML and CSS preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication/Media Studies/Journalism/Marketing or relevant field preferred
