This position is responsible for producing content for various Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club platforms from conception to completion. The candidate must have the ability to manage and prioritize several projects concurrently – both independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Conceptualize and produce video features for use on various platforms including broadcast/television, social media, in-stadium and brewers.com
  • Set up lighting, camera, and audio equipment for video shoots
  • Capture both non-game and in-game footage
  • Edit fully-produced features
  • Render to specific codecs and formats
  • Suggest new ideas that continue to push the creative product forward, and enhance the overall quality and branding of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Extensive experience with DSLR camera systems
  • Skilled in production, from lighting set-up to audio recording
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premier or other non-linear editing software
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, illustrator)
  • Strong video codec and file format knowledge
  • Experienced with shooting sports
  • Strong working knowledge of baseball
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
  • Pronounced ability to conceptualize ideas and bring them to life
  • Strong ability to present creative ideas in a clear and professional manner
  • Ability to receive and respond to creative direction
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize and be extremely detail oriented
  • Strong self-starter and capable of working independently
  • Ability to work with – and excel in – a highly collaborative team environment

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or at least three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong preference for a minimum of three years of shooting/editing experience

Work Hours

Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, the ability to work long hours and some nights, weekends, and holidays will be required.
