- Extensive experience with DSLR camera systems
- Skilled in production, from lighting set-up to audio recording
- Proficiency with Adobe Premier or other non-linear editing software
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, illustrator)
- Strong video codec and file format knowledge
- Experienced with shooting sports
- Strong working knowledge of baseball
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
- Pronounced ability to conceptualize ideas and bring them to life
- Strong ability to present creative ideas in a clear and professional manner
- Ability to receive and respond to creative direction
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize and be extremely detail oriented
- Strong self-starter and capable of working independently
- Ability to work with – and excel in – a highly collaborative team environment

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or at least three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong preference for a minimum of three years of shooting/editing experience
Work Hours
Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, the ability to work long hours and some nights, weekends, and holidays will be required.
