We are looking for an experienced UX Designer who can help support the marketing efforts of both Core and its clients.

The UX Designer’s primary responsibility is to create and deliver a range of cross-platform digitalwork for Core and its clients. These deliverables can be anything from responsive web sites, microsites and/or landing pages, to emails for campaigns, to banner ads, mobile/tablet apps and more. He or she must have a strong background in creating compelling and user-centered design, as well as have working knowledge of design as it applies in a more traditional marketing space (i.e. print, collateral, broadcast). This person will help design and apply the right digital tools and applications for successful consumer engagement, and provide results-oriented solutions to multi-service clients based on consumer insight. This person must have a passion for digital trends, a vast technical acumen and an understanding of consumers and brands.

The UX Designer works within the developing/creative group, and closely partners with the agency’s account and category strategists, creative leads as assigned to client teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling user interface designs for responsive web, mobile, and desktop software products 
  • Provide UX expertise to team and client stakeholders 
  • Work closely with internal and partnering developers to ensure design accuracy and consistency 
  • Work directly with project manager, creative leads and client manager to design emails, landing pages, animated banners, websites and more 
  • Adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines, using analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Set priorities and ensure task completion on multiple concurrent projects 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams on UI design and development 
  • Work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines 
  • Maintain design style guide standards and update documentation as necessary 
  • Confidently discuss design solutions with clients 
  • Participate in the planning and development of digital solutions and advocate for excellent customer experiences 
  • Stay up-to-date with current web trends, usability and standards, along with the tools and techniques for online experience development 
  • Execute experience testing and troubleshooting cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies 
  • Maintain high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the client 
  • Collaborate across the agency to drive up standards of digital creativity

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of directly-related agency experience
  • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree or equivalency in design
