Essential Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred. Bachelor’s degree in other majors with a strong marketing academic background accepted.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with exposure to B2B marketing
- Prior experience working across multiple company functions preferred
- Experience at a marketing agency is strongly preferred, agricultural experience is a plus
- Demonstrated project management skills with internal and external teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, can approach people proactively, can train/coach
- Able to quickly adapt to a fast changing environment
- Customer focused and team oriented
- Self-driven, with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to influence others without direct authority
Supervisory Responsibility:
No direct supervisory duties, though management of projects includes directing project related activities of the project team members.
Travel:
The position requires up to 25% travel. Frequently travel is outside of the local area and overnight.
