An integrated agency calls for an integrated internship. The PR/social media intern will support a variety of content areas throughout the agency, including but not limited to public relations, social media, account service, learning and development, recruitment and The Business to Business Network (BBN) international efforts. As a cross-discipline content developer, the intern will focus on perfecting his/her communication skills for a variety of channels (online, print and broadcast) and audiences (internal and external). Interns will be exposed to nationally known trade and consumer clients in industries ranging from manufacturing and healthcare to home furnishings. Interns also may assist with internal agency communications, marketing and branding.
While our focus is on our clients, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to join in on an array of activities — from softball and soccer to yoga and boot camp workouts — to get to know other creative minds with similar interests. It’s easy to get acclimated here. We’ve been called a Top Workplace, one of the largest marketing agencies in Wisconsin, a place to grow a career and oh, yeah, that place with the great river views.
NOTE: Rockstar intern candidates MUST submit writing samples with their application. Quality writing samples include projects from past internships, personal blog posts or even samples from a volunteer/school organization. Please NO class papers! Because this internship is content-focused, applications without writing samples will not be considered.
