Desired Qualifications:
3-5 years experience planning and implementing social media efforts for clients. Industry wide expertise and reputation as thought and developmental leader with a proven track record of success in key social channels. Proficiency working with major social channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube, is a requirement. Experience in Spirits, or highly-regulated category, preferred.

- Project Management Skills - required to proactively build internal and external relationships (Brands, Agencies, Networking Events) and inspire passion for social media among teams
- Creative Mindset – needs to identify creative that will work in key digital channels; a good idea for innovative ideas
- Social Media Experience – experience with major social media channels and listening tools to strategize and understand the business implications of social strategies
- Spirits Industry Interest – needs to be passionate about what they do and interested in telling our brand stories, specifically about brands with high cultural affinity and worldly viewpoints, appealing to luxury consumers
- Written Communication Skills – needs to deliver written content in the proper tone/voice and grammatical style as appropriate for each brand and social channel
- Organization – great time management skills, ability to multitask and a general “get it done” mentality are a must for many roles, but they’re especially important in this position; looking for someone who doesn’t get stressed under pressure
