We’re searching for an experienced SEO Specialist who will provide insights and recommendations for planning, optimizing and implementing online marketing strategies. You'll work alongside account managers, the digital marketing team, and partner with key stakeholders to improve search engine optimization, perform keyword analysis, execute link building strategies and improve on-page metrics for a diverse set of clients. Ultimately, we're looking for someone who knows it's not just technical SEO that moves the needle; content anduser experience matters.

  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to deliver customized, best-in-class SEO strategies to increase traffic to a site.
  • Analyze site/top landing pages for improvements and constantly provide continuous testing opportunities when it comes to on-page, links, copywriting and keyword/phrases.
  • Review and craft key SEO-approved content pieces including blog, blog and on-site copy.
  • Perform ongoing SEO tasks including audits, URL and keyword planning for optimized landing pages, competitor analysis and updates to important pages.
  • Use keyword tools to monitor and report on target keyword performance, including competitive analysis, for a variety of clients.
  • Create, track and present meaningful analytics revolving aroundrankability, crawlability and findability, not to mention traffic and revenue.
  • Constantly drive innovation and implement testing strategies to optimize, enhance learning and improve organic performance
  • 3-4 years experience developing, executing and measuring SEO programs for small to large brands, with an emphasis on Ecommerce sites.
  • Deep knowledge of on-page SEO, technical, keyword research and search engine ranking factors, with an emphasis on Ecommerce sites.
  • Previous copywriting experience through site content, blogging or PR.
  • Proven experience implementing and executing link building strategies.
  • 1-2 years previous experience with platforms like Shopify, WP, LemonStand and other Ecommerce platforms strongly preferred.
  • Mastery of tools such as Keyword Planner, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Open Site Explorer and of course, Google Analytics to name a few.
  • Google Analytics certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations to improve marketing experience.
  • Digital marketing experience and familiarity with account based marketing (ABM), lead generation strategy, conducting A/B and multivariate testing and website optimization.
  • Knowledge or experience working with Agile-based teams or environments is preferred.
