LCM is seeking a resourceful and organized Senior Marketing Coordinator with strong graphic and writing skills, and experience with content marketing and social media. The position will focus on responding to RFQ/Ps; creating and maintaining marketing materials; assisting in preparation for interviews and presentations; and maintaining our brand through print, web, and social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategically lead firm’s proposal process, preparation, and production in collaboration with the Director of Business Development and partners 
  • Create and maintain compelling marketing materials and copy
  • Lead the effort on firm’s website refresh effort and maintain website content 
  • Manage social media platforms 
  • Maintain project history information, marketing folders, and assist in tracking opportunities 
  • Assist with media, award submittals, and other public relations efforts 
  • Help establish updated design templates and brand standards 
  • Schedule and maintain professional photography 
  • Coordinate attendance at events such as conferences and trade shows

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years marketing experience in a professional service firm, preferably in the AEC industry 
  • Masters or Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or other similar degrees 
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of InDesign and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. A plus knowing additional Adobe Creative Suite programs 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Experience developing customized qualifications and proposals with proven results 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with partners, employees, consultants, and vendors 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict attention to detail, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines 
  • Excellent written communication skills – including editing and proofreading

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Genuine interest in the built environment and accessibility 
  • Experience in the architecture / engineering / construction industry 
  • Strong sense of design and expert knowledge of graphic programs 
  • Experience with Info Center in Deltek Vision
