Overview:

Regis Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to support the continued growth of our expanding digital channels. Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, this role is responsible for managing a team and overseeing strategy and operations for digital marketing efforts, including oversight of marketing technology platforms, analyzing digital analytics for optimization potential, website content management and campaign execution to support other digital marketing properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee management and maintenance of salon brand websites and other digital properties to support digital marketing campaigns, programs, and content marketing initiatives; including maintenance of content management system and development of new content as required.
  • Management of website deployments and release cycles by overseeing and guiding the development teams.
  • Support ongoing advancement of digital marketing capabilities including integration of new digital marketing tools, application of evolving SEO practices and standards, optimization of existing content and integrations with POS provider and other partners.
  • Manage, monitor and maintain integration between the website and other digital properties to ensure consistent and reliable passage of data and comprehensive activity-based reporting.
  • Oversee reporting platforms and implementation of analytics across digital channels and content engagement patterns.
  • Regular auditing of websites and technology platforms, including maintenance on dynamic tagging, accessibility, SEO, page speed, and other areas of optimization.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and represent marketing effectively in support of business strategy and objectives, working with business and IT teams across the organization.
  • Support troubleshooting across various digital marketing properties assisting Helpline and Guest Support teams resolve issues.
  • Minor HTML coding, graphic design and other back-end support for website content

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, web and mobile development
  • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with the Agile method of software development including writing user stories and sprint planning for software, websites and mobile apps.
  • Some experience preferred with writing and analyzing programming languages and data models such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML.
  • General understanding of how various digital marketing platforms connect and interact with each other, and how data flows through them with the use of APIs or FTP file drop and processing.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities to effectively deliver timely, accurate and reliable results.
