POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Integrated Designer reports into the Digital Marketing team and is responsible for implementing and maintaining the design integrity of existing digital/ print creative work for Millennium Trust Company. Duties include the design layout and production of deliverables to guide business development and marketing initiatives. This individual will collaborate with the Marketing and technical teams to understand the strategy, audiences, and objectives behind design projects. They will be innovative, creative and provide appropriate solutions with minimal oversight in design conception and implementation; and also understand the importance of branding and digital best practices.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide day to day creation of visual design and graphics for corporate and individual business and product line initiatives. 
  • These projects will consist of, but not be limited to, designing for digital and occasional print use: website graphics and imagery, landing pages, email and direct mail campaigns, video, newsletter, marketing collateral, social media, advertising, and presentations. 
  • Key team member in implementing and maintaining assets for corporate public website and multiple digital channels. 
  • Create and update digital and print materials within established branding design guidelines. 
  • Implement designs within a responsive framework – design web pages, landing pages, email, and graphics for use on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. 
  • Design icons and infographics. 
  • Coordinate website and corporate graphic image needs with marketing team members. 
  • Responsible for building and managing corporate image library. 
  • Work collaboratively with content, digital, and social media team members. 
  • Implement and maintain a high standard of design. 
  • Keep up-to-date on knowledge of current design methodologies and best practices, and business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing trends. 
  • Supply design and guidance to Marketing team on technical aspects of creative.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field from a four-year college or university or equivalent professional knowledge and/or work experience. 
  • This position requires at least 5 to 7 years of prior professional design experience working with digital B2B and B2C projects. 
  • Previous leadership role in designing for integrated marketing campaigns and multi-channel approach. 
  • Experience designing for mobile device use. 
  • Has Intermediate to Advanced skills in the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite (CS7/Creative Cloud) with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator as primary tools. 
  • Has knowledge and understanding of the basics of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and its limitations. 
  • Possesses required intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 
  • Has required proficiency in Content Management System (Drupal/ WordPress). 
  • Has required proficiency in Marketing Automation Platform (Act-On/ Market/ Hub spot). 
  • Is experienced in creating and executing design concepts as well as maintaining visual appearance, usability and brand continuity. 
  • Is a self-starter, takes initiative, carries creative energy, shares thoughts and ideas, and can create work independently. 
  • Has an eye for detail and a proven track record independently producing consistent designs based on specifications in brand, style, and business specification.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Basic photography retouching skills and videography/video editing skills are highly-preferred. 
  • Experience in finance or professional services is preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Infrequent travel; may need own transportation from time to time. 
  • Ability to work occasional overtime.
