Senior Graphic Designer

• In collaboration with firm leaders, business unit leaders, business developers, and marketing, formulate ideas, create design solutions, and produce strategic, corporate, and promotional materials that communicate the appropriate image for the firm.
• Direct the production of professional quality graphics in support of marketing proposals, award submittals, promotional materials, project work and in-house activities.
• Utilizing creativity, design and review all firm related materials to ensure that they are consistent with brand and image.
• Update and maintain graphics standards, monitor use of logo, tag lines, and other key branding elements.
• Oversee graphics quality of Flad website and support ongoing updates.
• Design and coordinate advertising materials, including directing photo shoots, assisting with design award submittals and evaluating and selecting print and electronic media for the firm.

• Degree in graphic design required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years relevant design experience and a solid portfolio required.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator required. Knowledge of other common design tools ideal.
• Proficiency with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants and team members.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines, anticipate demands, and maintain high quality standards.
• Ability to work well within a team environment, with people at all levels of an organization, and juggle multiple demands. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and flexibility in adjusting to shifting demands, priorities and/or short deadlines.
