Overview:

We are expanding our Digital Strategy team and looking for a Senior Digital Analyst who will be responsible for managing the overall digital reporting needs for the Marvin brands and providing actionable insights to enhance our customers’ digital experience, increase effectiveness of marketing activities and improve lead management.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing analytics strategy and measurement structure 
  • Define critical metrics to measure performance across lead management, ecommerce and customer engagement programs 
  • Build processes to initiate, collect, analyze and translate information related to campaign effectiveness, customer journey and segmentation, website tagging and analytics 
  • Gather and document metrics requirements from internal business partners and create reports based on those needs 
  • Build reporting dashboards and manage the day-to-day digital reporting activities 
  • Manage the Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager platforms 
  • Test and validate underlying tags, events and data 
  • Translate large multidimensional data sets into more manageable, insightful and interpretable data; 
  • Provide analysis that delivers actionable insight 
  • Provide digital attribution solutions and optimization recommendations; 
  • Quantify the effectiveness of programs and provide recommendations to improve the ROI 
  • Help generate insights to promote continuous learning and optimization 
  • Create presentations and business cases to be used in a variety of forums; and present to marketing and marketing leadership 
  • Educate business partners and ensure alignment on KPIs and digital metrics; 
  • Strong ability to describe and present data to non-technical audiences, including trends and insights 
  • Fulfill ad hoc digital reporting requests 
  • Identify opportunities to capture additional user behavior data 
  • Challenge the status quo when necessary and follow-through to ensure steps are taken to make change

Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience analyzing marketing data 
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, analytics or related field 
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager strongly preferred 
  • Experience with event and tag management for web sites and mobile applications 
  • Proven problem solving, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to form hypotheses and draw meaningful patterns and insights from multiple data sources 
  • Proficiency in building and managing dashboards 
  • Solid understanding of online marketing channels including PPC, SEO, social media, email, etc. 
  • Proven written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
