You’re a high-level thinker who is excellent at synthesizing research and other data to form the basis of strong, marketing recommendations to guide brand development. That’s why we’d like you to bring your minimum of 12 years’ experience on the front lines of strategic brand planning to Bader Rutter to direct and focus our clients’ brands.

You’re a high-level thinker who is excellent at synthesizing research and other data to form the basis of strong, marketing recommendations to guide brand development. That’s why we’d like you to bring your minimum of 12 years’ experience on the front lines of strategic brand planning to Bader Rutter to direct and focus our clients’ brands. You’re comfortable strategically establishing multiple relationships and interacting regularly with senior-level marketers at the client level, fostering a dialogue of strategic and brand needs, expectations and requirements. You lead workshops and planning sessions and have spent most of your strategic brand planning or consumer insights career in advertising agencies. You dig deep into a client’s business and know the ins and outs of their industries, and that’s why we want you. But enough about you, what about us? Here’s why we want you:

  • You have a minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in similar positions (brand strategist, consumer insights, brand planning), and in the last five years you’ve served in a senior-level strategic role for an advertising agency. 
  • You have account planning, strategy, advertising, marketing or market research experience.
  • You’ve demonstrated experience and leadership in managing strategic and account planning projects and initiatives, from development of project plans through execution of strategies. 
  • You have a deep understanding of strategic thinking, concepts and best practices. 
  • You have a fundamental understanding and practical experience with qualitative and quantitative research. 
  • You’re able to effectively interface with teammates and clients. 
  • You have a clear, comfortable, persuasive presentation style for both formal and informal settings. 
  • You have a range of category and industry experience.
  • You have integrated and mutlichannel marketing experience.
