Interstate Parking Company and Interstate Development Partners has an exciting opportunity for you to join a dedicated team of professionals as our Sales and Marketing Manager in our Milwaukee based corporate headquarters. This position will report directly to the company Marketing and Promotions Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate market position of our parking assets and develop products for use by adjacent demand drivers such as office and residential buildings, restaurants and entertainment venues
  • Select and activate advertising channels to push products to consumer point of sale decision making
  • Manage pricing and availability of parking products within all point of sale technology systems in use by our company including online reservation systems, third party web applications, strategic partner’s web portals and on-site point of sale kiosks
  • Analyze utilization of products by customers and adjust and update pricing and product types to continually meet the demand of customers and maintain competitive advantage amongst alternative customer options
  • Generating creative marketing, advertising and promotional sales campaigns for our locations in the Milwaukee market
  • Assisting in development of marketing material to support all aspects of our parking projects
  • Developing strategic marketing relationships with business and community partners.
  • Ability to close deals and be calm and collective while extending relationships.
  • Reviewing and analyzing revenue impact from promotional programs.
  • Assisting in oversight of the company digital and social media platforms
  • Develop and implement sales activities throughout the company

Strong knowledge of financial principles and analytical ability to calculate revenue impact resulting from sales objectives.

General understanding of applied economics including the principles of supply and demand and price elasticity.

Experience in revenue management and the pricing of various products. Analyzing effect of pricing, unit sales and resulting profitability with a product line.

Experience in retail product marketing, promotions and sales campaigns.

Proficient in managing a corporate social media program including integration of multiple social media platforms with our website and corporate partners.

Proven expertise in developing written proposals and advertising/promotional related art work and content across a wide spectrum of deliverables Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Experience in implementing and utilizing sales tracking software.

Desire for performance-based compensation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The qualified candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, economics or marketing or a bachelor’s degree plus related work experience in retail product marketing, or sales or business development.
