We’re looking for someone fluid in SEO, PPC and RESULTS. You’re able to roll with Google changes as they happen and you’re on first-name basis with Bing reps. You track before your first cup of coffee in the morning and you bid in your sleep. You’re at least conversant in code, are positive on the use of negative keywords and eagerly champion the power of an idea. Oh, and you know spreadsheets like Dunkin’ knows donuts.

  • Perform keyword discovery, competitor research, technical audits, and content reviews, based on SEO best practices
  • Manage all PPC campaigns including CPC, conversions, keyword research, bidding, campaign management and work with our copywriting staff to create effective ad copy
  • Use Google Analytics to manage SEO and PPC campaigns and set up reporting
  • Optimize to a target ROI and make analytics driven decisions and optimizations to drive performance and incremental revenue
  • Gather insights from multiple data sources and continually monitor PPC / SEO campaigns and make informed decisions to improve performance of campaigns
  • Communicate with internal account service, creative and development teams
  • Work with design, content and development teams to optimize organic and paid content, including assisting in wireframe development based on SEO best practices
  • Wear a non-movie quality Chewbacca mask to all agency functions
  • Add, or suggest the addition of, new keywords and SEO best practices to optimize search (Just making sure you’re still awake)
  • Research, understand and implement new technologies, and automation capabilities that enhance SEO/PPC efforts
  • Understand and utilize A/B testing and optimize through its use Create dashboards for paid search campaigns

The Ideal Candidate Will Know/Have:

  • 1-3 years practical SEO and PPC experience AdWords certification, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, and experience in Bing Ads
  • Experience using SEOmoz, Google Keyword Planner, and SEMrush
  • Experience with keyword research and search engine ranking tools
  • Proven success in executing SEO best practices during launch of several sites (ecommerce, CMS, lead-gen) and maintained an ongoing SEO campaign post-launch
  • Experience estimating campaign size and budget for PPC campaigns
  • Familiarity with PPC bid management platforms, such as Marin or Kenshoo a plus
  • General understanding of HTML
  • Crazy mad skills like lots of drive, autonomous working capability, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to present to, and interact with, clients with minimal awkwardness
