We are currently seeking a full-time Paid Media Manager with an expertise in paid advertising – SEM, paid social and display. This is an executional role that also includes strategic and client-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer, adept at paid media testing, and passionate about digital media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

This position will report to the Media Director. It will be directly responsible for superior, measurably improved results of assigned accounts. You will be an important member of the staff who delivers best-in-class execution of paid placement advertising, and will work on implementing, reporting on, and analyzing digital paid campaigns top-to-bottom across multiple websites and channels. A background in metrics and results-driven optimization is vital.

  • Day-to-day execution of paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Conversion rate optimization, including identifying, recommending and implementing new landing pages for A/B testing
  • Analyze PPC and paid media performance data to gain insights and help integrate into strategic plans, thus improving all other tactics
  • Summarize and communicate the status of all campaigns with appropriate internal and external contacts
  • Work with project manager and team leads to create and ensure timely delivery of project requirements
  • Report on developing search trends, tactics, and opportunities to internal team and clients, with occasional authorship of POVs (Point of View) documents

Required Skills:

  • 3 – 5 years paid search experience
  • Display media experience preferred
  • Exceptional working knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Paid social advertising experience preferred (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Preferred working knowledge of 3rd party platforms (e.g. SearchForce, Kenshoo, DoubleClick DFA/DCM, Marin, AdLens, SearchCenter, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Agency experience will be given preference
  • Current certifications in Google AdWords, Bing, and Google Analytics preferred
