- 1-2 years agency experience on the Account or Strategy side
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Ability to build and manage a New Business list aligned with agency strategy
- Ability to vet New Business opportunities against agency-provided criteria
- Strong communication skills: both written and verbal
- Executing “kitchen research” to profile potential clients
- Manage deployment of Planet’s New Business campaign tactics
- Genuine interest in growing within an agency environment
