  • Contributes to insignt mining and consumer research, channel role development and KPI development
  • Leads POV's, market overviews, RFP development, competitive reviews and development of buy guidelines
  • Experience with writing RFP's and buying specs while working in conjunction with broadcast activation, digital activation and buying teams
  • Monitors the plan devlivery with the buying team to compile and summarize social conversations, client proprietary research, syndicated research and search trends 
  • 4 years of experience working in an agency setting as a Media Planner/Senior Media Planner
  • 1 year of digital heavy media planning and buying experience
  • You’re a little “Type A”, and are extremely organized and detail-oriented when it comes to every campaign. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-discipline team, both as a leader and as a partner/collaborator.  
  • You’re a “people person” who likes a casual work environment, and co-workers with a sense of humor
  • Experience managing a team of Media Planners and Assistant Media Planners
