Concordia University seeks applications for the full-time position of Marketing Technologist. This full-time, exempt position plays a critical role in the smooth functioning of all marketing technology. This role is a cornerstone of the CUW and CUAA marketing team, owning critical integrations, web tools, and automation workflows and empowering the rest of the team through technology. This position reports to the Director of Online Experience at the Mequon, Wisconsin campus.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and design integrations between marketing, sales, and academic software
  • Responsible for all marketing automation communication workflows and tools 
  • Train CUW and CUAA staff on marketing technology 
  • Assist with marketing reporting and web analytics 
  • Strategize with marketing team on new campaigns and outreaches 
  • Work with vendors to execute the technical implementation of marketing campaigns 
  • Quality assurance and testing on marking automation campaigns and new tools 
  • Ensure all work aligns with university mission and values 
  • Other related duties as assigned 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Working familiarity with SQL preferred 
  • Knowledge and experience around digital marketing 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to communicate and express complex concepts in plain language to a variety of audiences both internal and external 
  • Self-directed learner who enjoys problem solving 
  • Able to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Bachelor's degree and/or related equivalent experience and/or training in area.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with marketing automation, Hubspot experience preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working with CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.

This is a full-time, salaried position. Starting range is dependent upon on individual qualifications and experience.
