The Marketing Manager position is part of the senior management team and is responsible for strategic planning, strategy execution, community relations and sales training of other staff who interact with clients and referral sources.

  1. Responsible for leading the development of the annual strategic marketing plan to maintain and expand the Agency’s position in its current and future markets as they are developed with monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting of results after identifying the specific metrics that will be the measure of success. 
  2. Responsible for the strategic execution of the marketing plan both directly and overseeing the entire company’s participation in marketing. The execution of the strategic plan includes responsibility for developing and managing a variety of communication tools. Managing the sales process from intake to assignment. 
  3. Active involvement in maintaining and expanding the Agency’s community relations which includes participating in and expanding the current networks, engaging in sales calls, engagement with a variety of community organizations, managing the community involvement of other key agency employees, and development of new community engagement choices. 
  4. Designing a sales training manual, coaching the Clinical staff on how to talk about the Agency to current and potential referral sources.
  5. Other duties as assigned.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in development and execution of marketing strategies, and preferred experience in health care field preferred.

  1. Knowledgeable about consumer/community marketing, specifically to senior care industry is preferred. 
  2. Preferred to have familiarity with community resources in the senior care industry. 
  3. Ideally, specific knowledge and experience with the senior care industry and financial and legal fiduciaries.
  4. Knowledge of conflict resolution and mediation methods. 
  5. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM. 
  6. Knowledge of cultural diversity.
  7. Excellent writing skills, particulary with communication to referral networks and professionals in the field of senior care.
  8. Working knowledge of research and data analytics of client and caregiver demographics and referral trends.
