[LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY] The marketing manager is critical to the success of our sales and marketing efforts. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, design and execute direct and inbound marketing programs with the objective to achieve our lead generation and sales pipeline goals. Being a self-motivated individual that is goal driven, will succeed with our company.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting/Cold Email Campaigns: Create, manage, and track prospecting email campaigns (approximately 8-10 annually). Build email prospecting campaigns and create and continually optimize email templates.

Lead Nurture Emails/Newsletter: Create and execute a plan to publish newsletters and drive subscription leveraging all available opportunities, e.g., website, emails, landing pages, blog posts, social media, etc… to encourage prospects to opt-in.

SEO/Digital Advertising: Running, maintaining and creating digital ads for various platforms and continuously improving and optimizing website SEO.

Social Engagement: Assist in the creation, and optimization of our social marketing strategy. Enhance our brand’s current social media accounts promoting content towards new and existing customers. Must have experience with Google+ and Twitter company pages. Experience using paid LinkedIn Inbox Messaging is a bonus. Strong understanding of driving traffic to landing pages using social mediums is a must.

Events:

Webinars: Organize and manage the planning, promotion, coordination, and production of all webinars.

Tradeshows: Create and execute the communication and promotional plans and content development for all tradeshows.

Content Creation:

Content: Assist in the development of a plan, timeline for and the creation of content that will support the conversion of leads from the first introduction to Extract through the last stages of the sales funnel and pipeline.

Assist in the creation, production, and publishing of premium content assets. Examples of content to be created are white papers, recorded/live webinars, videos, e-books, product brochures, newsletters, emails, software release notes, case studies, social media, assessments, infographics and PowerPoint slides.

Strong writing skills are a necessity.

Blogging: Create, maintain the blogging calendar, and manage the blog production schedule. Create and execute a content curation plan. Contribute both original and curated blog posts. Edit, produce and optimize blog posts.

Analytics: Ability to read analytic reports and make modifications to marketing strategy based on what is learned from data.

Website Content Management: It is critical to have a working knowledge of the software used in the website, sensitivity to and knowledge of user experience, and attention to outdated and new content so that the site delivers value and a sense of freshness.

A strong understanding of the following technologies is not required but preferred: Squarespace, HubSpot, Woodpecker, Wistia, SalesForce, LinkedIn, Adobe CC

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or related field is required. Three years experience in healthcare B2B marketing, proven writing skills, self-directed and motivated to be a major contributor the marketing team and company’s success. Experience in creating and managing cold email campaigns. Capable and efficient writer. Experience with Hubspot, Woodpecker, SalesForce, and Squarespace is a plus.

You have a strong attention to detail, are well organized, can manage multiple projects simultaneously and sustain a high level of output and enthusiasm. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Can communicate effectively with others verbally and in writing. Preferred to have a strong knowledge of healthcare, government, and software industries.
