This position will report to the Marketing Manager and will assist in many aspects of the marketing department. The team is relatively small, so this internship will provide the right candidate experience in multiple areas of marketing. Below you will find a list of the duties and responsibilities for this role:

Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks 
  • Assist with tradeshow/event planning 
  • Proof & edit content as needed 
  • Distribute marketing materials to internal and external customers/partners 
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web) 
  • Update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) 
  • Assist with market analysis and research on competition and industry trends 
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (recent or in process) in marketing or business-related field 
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements 
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • High level of accountability and a team player 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders internally and with customer 
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple projects 
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software 
  • Experience or knowledge of the Agricultural or Golf/Turf industry a plus

Work Schedule:

  • Normal working hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, M-F
