Marketing Coordinator

Lori Lins Ltd. is seeking a full time Marketing Coordinator, capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment. This position will operate as a full service marketing arm of Lori Lins Ltd. The right candidate will be tasked with handling both the marketing for the company as a whole and advising / creating marketing plans for the Actors, Models and Voice Artists that the company represents.

The Marketing Coordinator will be tasked with developing new and creative marketing for the Lori Lins Ltd company brand, and the performers the company represents. Daily tasks will include operating the company social media presence, developing marketing and sales tools for agents and sales staff, scheduling and arranging photo and video shoots for actor / model marketing, editing photos and audio or video selections to be used as sales tools for represented talents, and planning targeted client advertising campaigns for specific represented talent, and company. This position is also tasked with editing video and audio for specific commercial, television and film castings happening within the organization.

Quality Applicants have experience with the following:

• Graphic artist background
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and willingness to learn
• Candidate must also demonstrate strong organizational skills and initiatives. 
• Must be highly efficient in Adobe Photo Shop and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge in audio and video editing software a must.
• Applicant must have completed a min. of 2 years at an accredited college or university. 
• Love for photography is a plus! A social media presence is helpful but not required, as are examples of creativity / marketing campaigns previously worked on.
