The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans located in Brookfield, Wisconsin is looking for a Marketing Coordinator that is energetic, organized and motivated team player that will be responsible for coordinating and executing the marketing efforts of the Foundation’s educational programs and services by providing promotional planning, market research, prospecting, reporting and administrative support for the Business Development team.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of marketing efforts to include (but not limited to): marketing plan development, email marketing, direct mail, media planning, webpage management, copywriting, social media posts and coordination of graphic design and creative processes.

This individual will be responsible for prospecting efforts, including grassroot efforts, inputting lists from tradeshows, and industry events to help grow the Foundation’s database. Must be able to perform outreach campaigns by phone to engage customers, follow-up on programs and identify needs and interests.

The successful candidate will possess "hands on" working experience and a demonstrated understanding of: direct marketing, email marketing, online marketing and digital/interactive media.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Four year degree in Marketing, communications or a related degree
  • 2+ years of experience in print and digital marketing campaign development and execution.
  • Prior working knowledge with marketing email platforms & google analytics
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Excel
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze data

This is a full-time hourly position with salary of $35,000 annually. Benefits includes paid vacation, sick, short-term disability, long-term disability and life insurance. Health benefits includes a low monthly premium starting at $30 per month. Retirement plans consist of a defined benefit plan in addition to a matched 401(k) and a non-elective employer contribution 401(a) plan.
