BWBR, a full-service architectural and interior design firm with a diverse practice and history dating back to the 1920s, has an opportunity available for a Marketing Coordinator.

The ideal team member will have an aptitude for both communications and graphic design and bring creativity and energy to the position. With a work environment that encourages collaboration, we seek a nimble individual with a positive spirit who can juggle multiple priorities and balance short-term deadlines with longer-term initiatives.

The successful candidate will coordinate, design, write, edit, produce, and archive materials for marketing and business development. These may include brochures, proposals, presentations, ads, direct mail pieces, and website updates, as well as miscellaneous communication needs. Strong writing, editing, page layout, and production skills are required, along with an aptitude for integrating information from multiple resources.

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint is required. Working knowledge of Photoshop and other Microsoft Office Suite programs is strongly preferred. Skills with interactive media, film/video, and/or Deltek Vision are a plus. Familiarity with the architecture/engineering/construction industry is also a plus.
