We are a Design/Build Remodeling Firm in SE Wisconsin. For our clients, we re-create Kitchens, radically update Bathrooms, and build additions for more living space. While we have no particular niche or specialty, the lead designer holds CAPS and CKBR certifications. This means we help folks stay longer in their homes, and that we take Kitchen & Bath design seriously.

We offer our clients a collaborative design process in order to provide the optimal solution to the issues they have in their home.

We seek a creative individual to coordinate and act on Marketing strategies with a secondary focus on Design Facilitation. The roles are described below; each revolves around our Client-Centric focus – where the client is truly first. Doing so requires a special touch. We are schedule- and results-driven for our clients; these roles are no different.

This position is intimately involved in the delivery of the optimal solution we strive to provide all our clients. The experience gained in one role builds the others; as the individual works with clients to beautify their homes, they learn how to better find and appeal to other prospective clients.

The position has three roles:

1. Marketing: Primarily requires creative writing. Manage online presence | post to social media. Develop and/or maintain website gallery pages in WordPress®. Collaborate on our monthly newsletter using Constant Contact®. Write and/or gather information for our monthly blog & publish.

2. Design Facilitator: Coordinate the material selection process for remodeling clients. Manage client communication. Actively participate in sales appointments. Much time in this role is spent off-site.  Client relationships are developed in this role.

3. Administrative: One remodeler called the receptionist “The Manager of First Impressions.” Answer phones, interview prospective clients, handle other general administrative duties.

Candidates should possess:

  • 2 years+ Marketing experience in both traditional end electronic media
  • The ability to write creatively, which is a key skill
  • A strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail (an absolute must!)
  • Experience in WordPress a plus
  • A solid work ethic – punctuality, willing/helpful spirit
  • A positive attitude
  • The ability to get along well with others and a collaborative nature
  • Experience in multiple PC-based programs - MS Office, Photoshop, others
  • Design experience or aptitude a plus but not necessary
  • A straight salary can be offered, or, the individual may choose a generous performance-based incentive plan.
  • The salary range offered is 25-55K depending on experience, availability, and skill-set.
  • An incentive-based salary will exceed a fixed salary for those who can perform

  • We offer flexible hours; all major holidays and adjoining days throughout the year are paid.
  • Presently, we do not offer health insurance or retirement plans, but have plans to do so in the future.
