The position has three roles:
1. Marketing: Primarily requires creative writing. Manage online presence | post to social media. Develop and/or maintain website gallery pages in WordPress®. Collaborate on our monthly newsletter using Constant Contact®. Write and/or gather information for our monthly blog & publish.
2. Design Facilitator: Coordinate the material selection process for remodeling clients. Manage client communication. Actively participate in sales appointments. Much time in this role is spent off-site. Client relationships are developed in this role.
3. Administrative: One remodeler called the receptionist “The Manager of First Impressions.” Answer phones, interview prospective clients, handle other general administrative duties.
