3M is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the Infection Prevention Division (IPD) located in Maplewood, MN. At 3M, you can apply your talents in bold ways that matter. Here, you go.

Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Create and maintain global KOL database for all IPD portfolios (including KOL, region/global, specialty, affiliation, current activities, etc.)
  • Create and maintain global Standard Setting/Guideline database (which org, what is their sphere of influence, current 3M activities)
  • Create and maintain global calendar of Education/Conferences (location, dates, 3M activities)
  • Manage KOL contracts, honorarium payments, support fair market assessments and travel arrangements
  • Develop administrative and communications activities related to Global Advisory Board management programs
  • Coordinate and support activities with professional associations including scheduling executive visits to 3M (AORN, ISHMN, etc.)
  • Coordinate and support key activities for KOL activities at trade shows and conferences (meetings, dinner, etc)
  • Consolidate and report education dashboards/metrics for Health Care Academy online and in person events
  • Support international PS teams with KOL visits to and from regions (travel arrangements, agenda/schedule development)
  • Support Market Development monthly budget/expense tracking and reporting (PO reconciliation, correct accounting, etc.)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited university 
  • Minimum of two (2) combined years of marketing coordination and/or administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from accredited university 
  • Strong project management, Powerpoint and Excel skills 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and goals and ensure the timely, on-target, and within-budget 
  • Effective interpersonal , communication and strong collaboration skills 
  • Self – starter with ability identify opportunities for improvement
