Responsible for ensuring a consistent brand image and story for Lamplight Farms. Manage the marketing content across multiple platforms, formats, and mediums in support of sales growth, consumer engagement and retention, and Tiki brand loyalty.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all marketing content for the organization across multiple platforms and mediums; ensure content drives traffic, engagement, and leads to consumer sales and loyalty. 
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a content strategy in support of short-term and long-term marketing initiatives; continuously refine the strategy to maximize content performance, account for changing consumer dynamics, and technologies. 
  • Develop and maintain editorial governance; ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone. 
  • Develop and manage content workflows 
  • Optimize content for search and user experience. 
  • Partner and collaborate with internal and external resources to create and deliver effective, scalable content which supports consumer engagement. 
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for third party Social Media management. 
  • Maintain Company's bog site and idea/feedback section of the Company's website. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop, manage, and maintain an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan which meets the business objectives of the organization. 
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar and other tools in support of an effective content management philosophy; integrate content with brand campaigns. 
  • Understand the target audience and optimize a marketing content path to deliver product sales. 
  • Continuously measure and audit content marketing for effectiveness. 
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and understanding of trends and best practices to include content creation, distribution, maintenance, retrieval, and re-purposing. 
  • Other duties as deemed necessary.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field of study.

Minimum Experience:

  • Three (3) years of progressive marketing experience. Experience copywriting is preferred.

Licensure/Certification(s):

  • None 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of and proficiency applying proper grammar to written content. 
  • Knowledge of marketing media channels and mediums. 
  • Knowledge of marketing standards of practice and concepts. 
  • Knowledge of editorial/publishing standards of practice across multiple mediums to include written, digital, and social. 
  • Knowledge of and proficiency using web analytic tools (i.e., Google Analytics). 
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest). 
  • Proficiency using a Personal Computer (PC) to include MS Word and Content Management Systems (i.e., WordPress). 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally in English. 
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and/or French desired. 
  • Project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities. 
  • Analytical skills and the ability to understand complex information. 
  • Organizational skills and the ability to maintain information in a logical and well-thought-out manner. 
  • Ability to continuously apply a publisher/editorial mindset to work. 
  • Ability to understand and translate targeted consumer preference into meaningful marketing content. 
  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance. 
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
