Marketing Communications Specialist

Every day you will help Minco succeed by utilizing CRM tools to develop, execute and analyze email marketing functions within a B2B engineering and manufacturing environment as well as integrate/compliment email marketing with other marketing communication programs and living Minco’sicarevalues -- Integrity, Communication, Accountability, Respect, & Energy.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Marketing Automation tools such as CRM to grow and manage email database and act on previous behaviors and trends to plan future email marketing strategies, optimizing company communications. 
• Create a partnership with Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Managers to create and execute an editorial calendar for an ongoing Minco email nurturing campaign. 
• Assist in developing cost-effective lead generation programs. 
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information in lay terms through informative and persuasive documentation. 
• Ability to find and coordinate resources for article writing, editing and securing approval for content working with subject matter experts. Coverage includes taking professional photography and video, researching and collaborating with sales and engineers. 
• Coordinate general data cleansing activities to ensure ongoing database integrity. 
• Analyze and report on campaigns and assess against goals. 
• Develop additional content that may include social media posts, blog posts, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, case studies, product web pages, press releases, ad copy, etc. 
• Maintain and file records of all printed materials and photography. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date. 
• Assist in the development and implementation of personalized and relevant customer life cycle journey campaigns. Convey and maintain the Minco brand integrity across all areas ofexternal communications. 
• Work with outside vendors/agencies for design and execution of advertising campaigns, trade show exhibitions, mail campaigns, webinars, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with Enterprise Content Management systems such as WordPress Sitecore, SalesFusion or SharpSpring 
• Work experience with Marketing Automation tools such as Act-On, SalesFusion, HubSpot, SharpSpring or Marketo 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or 2-4 years or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Work experience in B2B engineering/manufacturing industries preferred

• Strong communications both written and verbal 
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 
• Determination to work closely with internal products areas to communicate with external audience in a way that offers a positive, consistent, professional and personalized experience 
• Strong project management skills and experience with the creation of all related communications tools and channels 
• Knowledge of basic marketing principles and practices 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

This position is a regular full-time position located in our headquarters in Fridley, Minnesota.
