The Marketing Communications Associate plays a strategic role in key aspects of Prestige Beverage Group’s communications efforts to ensure the stories of our brands are told in an engaging and consistent way. The Marketing Communications Associate supports the coordination and implementation of the communication activities.The Marketing Communications Associate will report to the Communications Director and will work closely with the Creative Team and Brand Managers ensuring that brand messaging is consistent across all departments and channels.

Specific Duties:

  • Work closely with the Communications Director to develop and implement communications plans 
  • Assists in creating social media and digital marketing strategies and internal and external communications efforts 
  • Maintain Prestige Beverage Group’s online social media platforms including calendaring, content creation, copywriting and community management 
  • Assist in the measurement and reporting of growth and effectiveness of social media campaigns 
  • Help define and maintain the voices of all Prestige brands across multiple channels 
  • Maintain and update websites for primary Prestige domains 
  • Orchestrate and organize product submissions to various publications and competitions. 
  • Record and communicate ratings, reviews and deadlines 
  • Practice good punctuality and regular attendance 
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience 
  • 2+ years of related experience required 
  • Knowledge of digital analytics (i.e. Google Analytics and Facebook insights) 
  • Experience in the development and execution of social media promotions 
  • Solid knowledge of consumer insight and engagement platforms 
  • Experience with managing budgets 
  • Sound copywriting skills 
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and Internet applications 
  • Solid grasp of the various social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, SnapChat, YouTube, and Yammer) and their native advertising and analytics systems 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other equivalent image editing applications and tools 
  • Experience with WordPress and other content management systems and basic HTML knowledge preferred.
