As a marketing team member, the Marketing Associate will be the main lead on certain projects as well as provide overall support to the marketing department.

  • Manage tradeshow and event coordination for all brands
  • Contribute to digital marketing campaigns
  • Produce the marketing e-newsletter; distribute to advertisers bi-monthly
  • Creation of survey programs, including writing of eblasts and prize fulfillment
  • Provide overall assistance to marketing team (sell sheets, eblasts, landing pages, digital & print ads, media kits, etc.)
  • Assist with award programs for all brands
  • List creation and maintenance
  • Process invoices as necessary
  • Provide additional support to the marketing department by aiding in general assistance on projects
  • Associate or Bachelor degree
  • Marketing & Trade Show experience preferred
  • Highly organized / Efficient in multi-tasking 
  • Strong written and communication skills with an eye for detail 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team / Drive to take the lead on projects when needed 
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines 
  • “Can do” attitude with the mindset to get things done
