Are you a results-oriented marketing professional that would like to drive full lifecycle strategy and execution for high-profile, Global campaigns across all the ManpowerGroup brands? Campaigns will enable organizations and individuals to successfully navigate through the impact of Digital Transformation on leaders, organizations and workforces, today and tomorrow.

Our challenge to you - Pioneer the development and implementation of a Global Campaign Framework to improve ManpowerGroup’s brand position and drive client and candidate loyalty while leveraging our 70-years of operating as Workforce Experts. Bring your experience with technical/IT verticals and understanding of how technology and digital trends are impacting the competencies needed by individuals and organizations.

Key areas of accountability include:

  • Develop campaign strategy, objectives forecast, and success measures leveraging a framework with four main objectives: brand/reputation, demand creation, sales enablement and market intelligence.
  • Own and project manage campaign execution and budget.
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders internally across brands and countries and externally (e.g. agencies and vendors) to ensure the right expertise to achieve campaign results.
  • Develop sustainable and repeatable processes and approaches to improve effectiveness of future campaigns.
  • Drive increased associate/candidate and client satisfaction levels through effective campaign strategies for short and long-term value creation.
  • Influence and amplify ManpowerGroup’s thought leadership to elevate our companies’ narrative with a focus on client-driven communications.

5+ years of progressive marketing campaign project management experience in a business-to-business industry.  Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, IT or related field

Nice to Have:

  • Global: Experience coordinating complex global projects
  • Vendor Management: Experience collaborating with and managing marketing and/or digital agencies.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience working in technical fields with an understanding of trending competencies in IT Industries and digital transformation across industries
