This is a brand new position within our company. We are in search of a digital strategist to maintain and develop our suite of websites, as well as discover, review, and analyze our digital media partners. This individual will work in conjunction with the both the executive and dealership teams, to increase and strengthen our digital initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a proactive personality, and have a true passion for digital marketing.

Website Management

  • Routinely spot check all internal websites 
  • Update employee photos/info 
  • Update Hours accordingly 

Reporting

  • Compile and review all monthly reports developed by digital team. Provide general overview. 
  • Determine the best ways to present the data to each store on a regular basis, in a format they can understand best. 

Google Analytics

  • Constantly reviewing google analytics to determine trends 

E-campaigns

  • Schedule and work with stores to execute monthly email campaigns 
  • Work with Graphic Designer on creative 
  • Create relevant lists, send out campaigns, review analytics 

Review Management

  • Monitor and respond to all negative and positive reviews 
  • Work with managers to determine responses 
  • Develop metrics to rate dealerships on reputation management (i.e. Ford programs) 

Dealership Assistance

  • Provide day-to-day assistance for dealerships. Become the first point of contact for such issues. 

Manufacturer

  • Monitor manufacturer preferred vendor lists and co-op regulations routinely; educate digital team on developments 

Research

  • Proactively stay on top of industry trends and research 

Google Business Listings

  • Update hours/info/photos accordingly 

Competitor Analysis

  • Identify and monitor top competitors.

Social Media

  • Develop content for social pages 
  • Teach stores how to develop their social pages
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role 
  • Marketing/Digital/IT Degree 
  • Highly organized 
  • Understanding of Google Analytics 
  • Understanding of Google AdWords Campaigns
