Celtic Chicago, Inc., an award winning advertising agency located in Morton Grove, is looking for a copywriter to work on its business to business and consumer accounts.

We are searching for someone who would be able to create content for websites, ad campaigns, and collateral. This position requires research into the clients’ products and services as well as their competitors to communicate with varied target audiences. It would also require working as part of the creative team to develop high quality copy for client materials designed by our graphic artists. The right candidate should be comfortable with presenting their ideas to co-workers as well as working one-on-one with Account Managers on projects.

Position Requirements:

  • A four year college degree in Journalism, Communications or related area 
  • 2 years of experience in copywriting (preferably for an ad agency) 
  • Creative thinker with ability to solve problems 
  • Presentation skills 
  • Detail oriented 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work within a deadline 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

This is an entry level, full-time, permanent position. Celtic is located close to the Morton Grove Metra station (Milwaukee District North Line). Our full-time employees receive health insurance and a 401k plan. We offer summer hours and a commitment to service through volunteer activities.
