Why Medline?

Located on a picturesque campus in Northfield, Illinois, just 19 miles north of downtown Chicago, our newly renovated building offers many amenities, including generously discounted meals at our cafeteria, an onsite Starbucks, athletic facilities with showers, free parking and potentially reduced commuting fees. Two Metra stations are conveniently located within two miles of the campus. Medline is a family-owned and operated company that is highly dedicated to its people and strategic about its growth, creating a solid, stable environment for its employees. Our company thrives on a community of driven employees who are encouraged to make great ideas happen.

As an in-house creative department, it’s a great place to understand the business challenges of moving your design from idea to market. Rather than merely creating concepts for clients and not knowing what happens to them next (as one might experience in agency life), you’ll have the benefit of experiencing your design’s entire journey. You’ll have a seat at the table to defend your ideas and see them through with a clear understanding of the business decisions that impact the path of your design.
