We are looking for a creative, passionate designer with a strong portfolio of design work in both digital and print mediums. You'll be joining a small, driven team where innovation and risk-taking is expected and where every designer contributes to the overall direction of the company. The perfect candidate will be able to balance multiple projects and is eager to learn. Buildout is a growth stage startup that offers a fast paced, innovative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strong portfolio of design work 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite applications 
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills 
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Execute ideas and implement changes based on client feedback 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Implement graphic design into a web-based application using basic CSS 
  • Design clear and compelling marketing materials for a variety of commercial real estate companies (i.e. dynamic templates for collateral, proposals and presentations) 
  • Provide support to design team and product leads
