The Events Coordinator is responsible for providing logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications functions.

Examples of Work Performed:

  • Coordinating Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors.
  • Providing scheduling support for events activities
  • Supporting events results and measurement documentation, and reporting activities
  • Supporting internal event communications functions, including intranet site management and engagement programs
  • Providing project management support for club event marketing campaigns
  • Providing research support for event activities in Life Time Fitness markets
  • Implementing event elements and managing them to established budgets and timelines
  • Staffing events and traveling as required
  • Completing other tasks as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 1-2 years experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
  • Creative and innovative, with business savvy
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Team-oriented, collaborative and resilient
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, draw valid conclusions, implement sound decisions and provide results measurement
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
