The eCommerce Sales & Procurement Analyst position plays a vital role in supporting Cascio Music’s retail and wholesale eCommerce business. The primary responsibility of this role will be to execute sales and procurement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

  • Review and confirm eCommerce Purchase Orders from wholesale distribution channels
  • Generate Suggested Order Reports
  • Assemble Inventory Planning & Analysis recommendations
  • Develop and adhere to processes involving ASNs and lead-time
  • Communicate and follow up with vendors for time-sensitive POs
  • Maintain strong relations with vendor community
  • Implement and monitor forecasting tools
  • To provide management/buying team with accurate guidance
  • Manage UPC Catalog for proprietary brands, key vendors, and manufacturers without UPCs
  • Ensure ALL SKUs in the Cascio catalog have accurate UPCs
  • Create processes that will minimize inventory without negatively affecting revenue
  • Communicate with Distribution Center to ensure POs are shipped on-time and accurate
  • Report weekly on top sellers & top margin producers
  • Report weekly on highest inventory SKUs
  • Identify key trends to maximize opportunities in product assortments across wholesale distribution channels
  • Analyze sales and market trends to create accurate forecasting data
  • Collaborate with management to develop effective promotional strategies
  • Previous consumer & wholesale ecommerce experience preferred, not required
  • Knowledge of modern supply chain and forecasting strategies
  • This person must be self-motivated and able to work independently when necessary.
  • Detail-oriented with uncompromising commitment to quality
  • Must have ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines
  • Experience with unique product identifiers (UPC, Mfr SKU, Vendor SKU, Intracompany SKUs, etc)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • General knowledge of backend database systems
  • This person must bring a positive attitude to the team
