We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven manager to join our marketing team. The e-Commerce Customer Acquisition Manager is responsible for all digital marketing with excellent Paid Search and Paid Social experience in an e-Commerce setting to develop, implement, and optimize customer acquisition programs & strategies.

Position Overview:

As the e-Commerce Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for all key ways to drive potential customers to the online buying experience and allocate advertising spend in a manner that maximizes contribution while adhering to corporate strategies. You will embrace the continually-evolving online marketing space by evaluating and recommending new opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • PPC- maximize return based on a fixed budget spend methodology; coordinate changes to PPC with other marketing campaigns (catalog promotions); ensure new products and product areas get appropriate representation 
  • SEO - drive incremental traffic and positive business outcomes across the organization, partnering with key stakeholders in Marketing and Merchandising, to implement best practices that will optimize our SEO presence across all digital properties 
  • Deliver high quality traffic to the sites through all media vehicles (Paid, Owned & Earned) to support growth targets 
  • Marketplaces – working with Channel Advisor 
  • Online Merchandising - assists with optimizing the website user experience through product merchandising, site search, and product promotion that increases conversions 
  • Manage the operational & tactical affiliation marketing plan execution for multiple channels to support business objectives 
  • Develop channel promotional & offer strategy to drive customer acquisitions to meet business objectives 
  • Manage, execute, and analyze paid media campaignsfor all digital channels, including social, search, display/retargeting and platforms (desktop, mobile web) to meet ROI objectives
  • Assess financial performance of marketing programs against projections and KPI’s. Take corrective action if programs are not meeting projection 
  • Manage third party vendor relationships to maximize contribution 
  • Optimization: running A/B tests to improve campaigns Monitor digital trends and innovations including developments in digital marketing tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Using initiative to bring new and creative ideas on best practice to the table.

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related 
  • 3-5 years of marketing/eCommerce experience 
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Project management experience with a strong ability to prioritize task 
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for testing and measuring results. (proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel is a must) 
  • Proven track record in developing integrated marketing programs 
  • Functional understanding of managing all aspects of a direct-to-consumer business 
  • Possess a customer-first mentality 
  • Must have strong drive with exceptional ability to define and communicate strategy and execute flawlessly 
  • Be technology savvy and use online software to manage your work and processes
  • Demonstrate ability to work on multiple projects at one time 
  • Stay current with industry trends 
  • Be proactive, energetic and self-motivated
