Experienced digital / social media content coordinator needed to lead the writing and development of digital content and supporting graphics for our domestic and global B2B clients. This is a full-time opportunity for the successful applicant. We seek a self starter that requires minimal supervision and enjoys a collaborative, fast-paced and rewarding environment.

As our lead content coordinator you will oversee and help lead the growth of an assigned group of client social media programs, including the writing, scheduling and posting of social content.  Your activities will complement our client's strategic and communication plan goals.

Working with an award-winning account and creative teams, you'll be assigned to a group of clients for which you'll help provide written content, visual creative concepts and finished material for distribution across a variety of social sites and owned media.

Results-oriented social and digital media is all about making a personal connection between a brand and its audience; measuring its effect and reporting the findings. For this position, you must be able to strategize with the best of them — making insights and recommendations based on client input, in-house industry knowledge, real-time data and audience insight.

If you're ready to take your writing and social media skillset to the next level, we have the opportunity waiting for you. We seek an experienced pro with a minimum of three years of social media content creation and analytical experience in a corporate or agency environment.

You must possess a thorough understanding of the strategies behind digital and social media creation and execution, including how best to persuasively communicate with a variety of audiences and how to measure and report the results of such activity to teammates and clients. You also understand the value of knowing each target audience segment, and how best to grab their attention and engage them in conversation.

Desired skills include writing, content development, the creation or sourcing of supporting graphics, and the collection and analysis of data. Hands-on experience with digital reporting software a definite plus, including Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Buffer, Iconosquare, Tailwind, and Canva, etc.

In addition, we seek a candidate with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to every detail and file accuracy is a must. Finalists may be asked to demonstrate their computer proficiency and writing skills prior to an offer being made.

This is not a beginner's position. Those possessing a beginner-level skillset will not be considered. Only candidates with or exceeding the minimal qualifications will be reviewed and potentially contacted for further discussion.
