Hot Dish Advertising, a full-service marketing and advertising agency serving startups to large franchise brands, is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist who will lead and support multi-channel marketing strategy and execution for our B2B and B2C clients in a variety of industries. The ideal candidate is hard working, collaborative, and able to create and implement effective digital marketing strategies and programs incorporating SEO, PPC, re-targeting, social media, and content/inbound marketing. This is an ideal opportunity for an up-and-coming top performer ready to make their mark in a well-established, boutique agency.

Requirements, Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prior digital (paid search, social and display) experience is required 
  • 4-year college degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or related experience and/or equivalent workplace experience 
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience conducting results-driven multi-channel digital marketing programs for a variety of B2B and B2C clients and brands 
  • Fluency with industry leading platforms, e.g., Google Analytics (Certification preferred), Google AdWords (Certification preferred), Bing, Facebook Manager, Moz, SEMrush, etc. 
  • Advanced excel knowledge with exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills 
  • Be a knowledgeable, friendly, and collaborative resource to both clients and our team of designers, developers, writers, and project managers 
  • Provide timely, accurate, and well written monthly reports that clearly articulate and address strategic, short-to-long‐term objectives, progress to‐date, results, and other client-related concerns that deliver actionable insights 
  • Support the development of quarterly/annual digital plans, including budget allocation and strategy development 
  • Responsible for budget/goal management, keyword research, bid optimization, account structure and maintenance and website optimization

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Based on your prior experience, you’re ready to hit the ground running as a digital marketing expert on behalf of our firm and its clients; you stay up-to-date on the latest SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Content/Inbound Marketing trends and can sell and present your ideas and recommendations effectively 
  • You’re capable of not only “planning the work” but “working the plan” through the daily implementation of well-researched SEO, PPC, and Social Media strategies 
  • You’ve shown excellence in building topical authority, keyword analysis and recommendations, A/B testing, manual back-linking, blog writing, and pitching 
  • You are a versatile and talented paid search writer 
  • You’ve built and executed social media strategies successfully through a combination of competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, message creation, audience identification, and budget definition 
  • You’re capable of providing in-depth client and industry research to establish proper digital marketing strategies and recommendations and have a passion for analyzing, understanding, and presenting complex data sets 
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating collaboration among all team members 
  • You have established multi-channel digital marketing strategies, managed budgets, and implemented pay-per-click and social media programs for both B2B and B2C clients
