We are on a mission to provide the most impactful nonprofit technology solutions and services (NeonCRM) that are supported by the most helpful and caring nonprofit experts. We continue to grow and expand at an impressive rate, and we’re now seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to join our marketing team.

You will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and analyzing the experience people have when discovering and purchasing our software. Our ideal candidate has a passion for optimizing paid marketing channels (CPC) and website and intake form content (CPL), and creating successful marketing workflows that lead to sales (CAC). You will be leading and driving marketing automation, campaign management, and visitors’ online experience. RESPONSIBILITIES;

  • Create organic and paid online marketing advertisements, channels, workflows, web pages, and campaigns that lead to increased sales 
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and channels and implement improvements 
  • Understand our customer population to adequately segment and optimize online communication channels, web forms, and email marketing campaigns 
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) 
  • Track and evaluate website behavior patterns and assist in website optimization 
  • Identify new customer acquisition, retention, and up/cross-sell opportunities 
  • Work with the Director of Sales to optimize the sales process

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of professional marketing experience in managing digital marketing campaigns 
  • 2+ years of PPC management experience including writing ad copy, creating landing pages, and testing paid search ads 
  • Experience in social media advertising campaigns and audience segment selection 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively analyze data and offer creative ideas with which to engage our audiences at every stage of the sales cycle
  • Competence with digital and email marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, MOZ, Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce, AdRoll, SpyFu, SEM Rush, MailChimp, HotJar 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline
