Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a savvy, experienced digital marketer to lead our digital marketing efforts for Nilfisk’s Americas businesses. The primary focus will be North America, and will also work periodically with our businesses in Latin America. Responsibility will include marketing automation, leading the transition to a new web platform, and e-commerce. 


The right fit for our team will be excited about tackling hard new problems, be obsessed with customer experience, have a high attention to detail, be a scrappy pragmatist, and have the capacity to both think and do. She or he will be data driven, ROI-focused, a self-starter, and have good judgment. Three key areas for the role will be increasing high-quality leads generated, optimizing our e-commerce platform, and improving brand awareness and perception.

  • Drive strategies to increase online traffic to company websites 
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness 
  • North America responsibility for SEO/SEM 
  • Manage the setup of paid and organic campaigns; measure and optimize using dashboards 
  • Manage the transition to a new global web platform to improve the usability, design, and content 
  • Drive social media strategy for the North America market 
  • Collaborate with Marketing teammates to generate, nurture, and convert leads through a mix of content marketing and other calls-to-action 
  • Create landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant programs 
  • Work with teams that include Vertical Marketers, Sales, and Product Managers to develop customer-focused sales tools and direct marketing programs 
  • Create and implement new projects that help improve customer conversion rates 
  • Collaborate with other Marketing team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all platforms 
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and ROMI for digital marketing 



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field


  • Web and Internet marketing experience and understanding a must, with minimum of 3-5 years of in digital marketing focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

  • Ability to analyze and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions 
  • Ability to influence/persuade others and gain acceptance of challenging and/or innovative concepts 
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required


  • Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Powerpoint 
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation programs and CRM systems
