Three key areas for the role will be increasing high-quality leads generated, optimizing our e-commerce platform, and improving brand awareness and perception.
- Drive strategies to increase online traffic to company websites
- Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
- North America responsibility for SEO/SEM
- Manage the setup of paid and organic campaigns; measure and optimize using dashboards
- Manage the transition to a new global web platform to improve the usability, design, and content
- Drive social media strategy for the North America market
- Collaborate with Marketing teammates to generate, nurture, and convert leads through a mix of content marketing and other calls-to-action
- Create landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant programs
- Work with teams that include Vertical Marketers, Sales, and Product Managers to develop customer-focused sales tools and direct marketing programs
- Create and implement new projects that help improve customer conversion rates
- Collaborate with other Marketing team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all platforms
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and ROMI for digital marketing
