The Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead and drive Montage’s digital presence; creating innovative ideas that elevate Montage’s inbound digital strategy. The role will stay on top of and ahead of the latest digital trends. He/she will evaluate, recommend, and guide Montage’s execution of digital programs. His/her work will be tied directly to Montage’s corporate goals and objectives.

• Understands and contributes to the overall marketing strategy while responsible for leading the digital strategy and execution.

• Understand key business challenges and leverage digital to overcome these challenges.

• Stays current on the latest digital technologies and trends and identify new opportunities for Montage. Research and coordinate digital recommendations with the help of the vendor teams and/or internal team members.

• Understands the Montage buyer journey and maps SEO and paid efforts to support the strategy. Manage Montage’s SEO, SEM, platforms. Implement strategies to drive conversions.

• Understands website conversion rates and analytics to recommend, implement and manage web strategy.

• Work with content professional to develop content aligned with SEO best practices.

• Responsible for the inbound marketing system (Hubspot) and partner with Sales Enablement for ongoing integration with our customer relationship management (CRM) software (Salesforce.com).

• Create logical workflows in order to nurture relationships with prospects.

• Research and strategize implementation of new or updated digital recommendations based on the changing digital space; implement recommendations with the help of the vendor teams and/or internal team members to accomplish set goals.

• Other responsibilities as necessary to meet performance expectations and goals, or as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Online Marketing or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or similar discipline.

• Strong digital marketing skills: digital advertising (including paid search), mobile, lead generation, e-commerce, SEO.

• 2 years of experience working with Pay Per Click ad management.

• Advanced familiarity with marketing automation software such as (Hubspot), CMS, CRM, PPC, Email Marketing, Landing Page Design, Workflows, Segmentation, HTML/CSS.

• Strong acumen in web content writing optimized for relevant keywords.
