The Digital Marketing Intern will assist with significant marketing efforts including branding, campaigns and helping to establish a digital plan.

  • Compile data from numerous sources and organize into a monthly report using set criteria.
  • Assist with updating marketing materials using InDesign. 
  • Facilitate email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact
  • Perform web updates periodically using WordPress.
  • Assist in obtaining Legal and Regulatory approvals and establish a system that organizes feedback and changes so that it’s used on future materials.

Work Experience:

Required

  • Basic/working knowledge of InDesign  
  • Basic/working knowledge of WordPress
  • Basic/working knowledge of Constant Contact

Preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to quickly learn new processes
  • Fluent in the use of all Microsoft Office programs – especially Outlook and Excel

Education:

Required

  • Working towards a 2 or 4-year college degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism or related field
