  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website, engage fans on social media, and develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and content calendar. 
  • Write effective copy in a variety of styles for Twitter, Facebook, etc. 
  • Utilize a range of techniques for digital marketing, including paid search, SEO and PPC 
  • Ability to analyze metrics and find solutions to increase brand success 
  • Maintain an understanding of what is happening in social and digital media, what competitors are doing and what new measurement tools are being used. 
  • Recommend, update and maintain website updates
  • Updating and maintaining image database Copy, proofread, and revise communications
  • Draft product copy to pass to the design staff, and then proof and route communications material with attention to detail
  • When needed submit terms to outside translation service and maintain a guidebook of translated terms that is organized and accessible to the rest of the marketing staff.
  • Assist with organization of tradeshows and events 
  • Support and update marketing communications calendar 
  • Request translation services of marketing materials as needed 
  • Work with advertisers for timely and useable ad submissions 
  • Responsible for working with product marketing to determine scope of artwork requests
  • Route files for pre-approval, submit to designer, route for internal approval – communicate deadlines
  • Demonstrable ability to manage digital marketing programs, account-based marketing, social media, and/or digital advertising campaigns. 
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on campaign performance metrics as well as revenue influence and ROI. 
  • Familiarity with product-based marketing. 
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics. 
  • Experience/and or educational background required in website maintenance (basic HTML and Drupal/WordPress skills to update and create pages), and social media management tools (Hootsuite) 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, flexibility, attention to detail and deadlines, ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Technologically versatile and resourceful, with skills to produce engaging copy, images and multimedia experiences 
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design desirable 
  • Understanding of marketing tools, techniques and metrics
