The Boelter Companies is a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for a Digital Content Specialist to research, write, and distribute thought leadership and promotional content for use in digital marketing campaigns targeting our foodservice, beverage and licensed retail/consumer products customers across the country. The Digital Content Specialist will also ensure that content is relevant to create interest for prospects, offers value and education and helps to convert them into customers.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to concept and write content that resonates across multiple divisions.

• Research, write, and distribute engaging content through the company’s core websites, blogs, social channels, media outlets, and third-parties to successfully engage audiences.

• Write content as needed for various formats including emails, landing pages, articles, product reviews, product descriptions, demos, lists, event promotions, whitepapers, case studies and eBooks.

• Find creative ways to reach our audiences through the art of engaging story telling.

• Source and manage internal and third-party content partners including organizations and subject experts.

• Ensure that all content created and sources are relevant and true to Boelter’s culture and brand(s).

• Optimize content with sufficient, modern SEM strategies to continually improve paid/unpaid results.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, Mass Communication or related degree preferred

• Experience writing in a collaborative team environment preferred

• Expert level writing skills, imaginative with the ability to tell a great story

• Positive team player with a passion to learn and enthusiasm to serve others

• Impeccable spelling and grammar

• Avid learner of new topics and technology

• Great communication, research and organizational skills

• A solid understanding of B2B marketing

• Ability to self-edit content, handle constructive criticism and proof

• Consistently takes initiative, capable of thriving in a high-pressure, highly-dynamic environment

• Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in an agile environment, self-motivated, and works well independently as well as on a team

• Organized and detail oriented
