FLM Harvest

OUR COMMITMENT

Founded from day one as a true hybrid company, FLM+ combines the best of consulting companies with integrated communication companies and digital only companies. At FLM+, there are no walls to tear down, no silos to bust and no big egos to nurture.

We’re set up to deliver more wide open thinking, thought leadership and strategic collaboration to every client we serve. Team leaders regularly bring in thinking from specialists across our organization, so even if the assignment is a bit narrow, we still think about the big picture and how that affects the immediate challenge.

It all starts with being grounded in truth by knowing your organization, your goals and your markets. FLM+ focuses on agriculture and life and environmental sciences so we can proactively attract the best, most passionate and enthusiastic expertise for the markets we serve and the audiences we target.

The end game? World class work that delivers far-reaching results.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

The FLM+ team believes in protecting our environment and leaving the world a better place. Our values include giving back in a meaningful and productive way. Today, all team members are engaged in a company-wide, organized philanthropic effort to do our small part to help eliminate global food loss and to reduce overall food waste, which means a bit less hunger in both America and the world.
